We’re incredibly excited to announce that Ilona Melegh will be running our Goalkeeper Program for Term 4. Ilona is a proud South Australian who has represented Adelaide United for the past three years. Following an outstanding 2025/26 season, she earned her first call-up to the Matildas. We’re extremely excited to have Ilona onboard with Empower Football and to have her inspiring the next generation of South Australian goalkeepers. TWO AGE GROUPS Sessions will run on Tuesdays, with two age groups to ensure players are training at the appropriate level. U10s | 5:00pm – 6:00pm Designed for players who are new to goalkeeping or want to learn the fundamentals of the position. This group will focus on core techniques and building strong foundations. 11+ | 6:00pm – 7:00pm Designed for older goalkeepers looking to further develop and refine their skills, with a strong focus on progression, confidence and positional understanding. PROGRAM DETAILS 10-week program Tuesdays, starting 13th October Location: Park 10, North Adelaide U10s: 5:00pm – 6:00pm 11+: 6:00pm – 7:00pm Cost: $300 for the 10-week program (includes Empower Kit) Spots are strictly limited to ensure every goalkeeper receives individual attention and tailored coaching throughout the program. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from a current A-League Women’s and Matildas goalkeeper while developing your skills in a supportive, high-quality environment.
